Ellen Noel Art Museum 4909 E. University, Odessa

May 27 63rd Annual Permian Juried Art Exhibition in partnership with the Odessa Art Association The Permian Basin Juried Art Exhibition will be on view from May 27 – Aug 8. The aim of this exhibition is to highlight the talent of artists in and around the West Texas region. This year, artists are encouraged to explore the the theme FOLKLORE & FAIRY TALES

Guys & Dolls

Considered to be the “perfect” musical comedy, Guys and Dolls opened on the Broadway stage in 1950 and has had several revivals and a movie adaptation starring Frank Sinatra and Marlon Brando.  Set in a mythical New York City, Nathan, a gambler tries to find the cash to set up the biggest craps game in town while his night club performer girlfriend, Adelaide, laments that they’ve been engaged for fourteen years with no end in sight.  A fellow smooth-talking gambler, Sky, ends up chasing a strait-laced missionary, Sarah, on a bet.  From Times Square, to Havana Cuba, to the sewers of New York, this brassy and timeless show like Sit Down You're Rockin The Boat, Fugue for Tinhorns, and Luck Be A Lady Tonight will have you tapping your toes and humming along!

Movie in the Park – Tom & Jerry

Movies in the Park is one of the main annual attractions that has become a tradition with most families in Odessa. The movies are hosted throughout the summer months and attract hundreds of families to the parks each year to watch some of the best movies available. Skip the lines at the theaters and enjoy free movies. Don't forget about something to snack on, as we have concessions available at each movie. You and your family will NOT want to miss out on this year's season!! There will be 7 movies over the course of 7 nights: all for free!  Cannot beat that anywhere!
