The fundraiser will start at 7 p.m. (with doors opening at 6 p.m.) April 4 at The Ector Theatre\, and it will feature comedian Lucas Bohn. \nThe fundraiser will benefit our annual campaign for the Odessa Family YMCA. Those funds will benefit our PreK-3 program\, which we have in partnership with the Ector County Independent School District\, youth sports scholarships\, and free community events held throughout the year\, including Healthy Kids Day. \nIn addition to the comedy show\, the Odessa Family YMCA will hold a silent auction with all proceeds going to our annual campaign. Current silent auction items include artwork from the Odessa Family YMCA Learning Centers\, Dallas Cowboys suite tickets\, Six Flag/Hurricane Harbor tickets and many more. We are accepting items for our silent auction. \nLucas Bohn has been seen on NBC’s “Bring the Funny” and CBS’ Coastal Comedy Live\, performing with comedy legends like Kevin Hart\, Jimmy Fallon and Dave Chappelle. His first comedy special\, “Too Cool for School\,” went viral with over 50 million views. \nCBS7 news anchor Jay Hendricks will serve as master of ceremonies for the event.

This year we’re bringing you back to the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center for incredible speakers! \nJoin Team Sewell for an inspiring day of learning and leadership with fantastic speakers. Follow Sewell Family of Companies on Facebook and Instagram to see who the 2024 speakers are! \nAs always\, 100% of ticket revenue will be donated back to a local charity. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHere are a few things to help you plan for the show: \nPlease Note \n\nArrive On Time: Please arrive early to allow yourself time to park\, go through bag check\, and find your seat prior to 8:30 AM. Doors open at 7:30 AM.\nClear Bag Policy: We have a clear bag policy. Our clear bag size limit is 12″x12″x6″ and wallet size limit is 8″x5.”\nTell Your Friends and Colleges!: Share this information with everyone in your party\, or forward this email to the individual(s) attending the performance if you purchased tickets for someone else.\nFood and Beverages: For the Sewell Leadership event only\, you can bring in non-alcoholic outside beverages into the theater IF the cup has a lid. Complimentary water\, coffee\, and light snacks will be available in the lobby.\nAdvance Lunch Purchases: If you purchased an advance lunch option you must bring both your event ticket AND lunch ticket in order to redeem the ticket for your food order. You can enjoy your beverages (with a lid) and food in the theater.\n\nImportant Times – To Be Announced \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAll other Wagner Noël PAC prohibited items are in effect for this event.
