DESCRIPTION:1st Annual BCCPB MLK Chili Cook-Off \nGreetings \nTo ensure a fair and smooth competition\, please review the official cook-off rules below: \n• All chili entries must consist of meat or Impossible™ meat (vegetarian substitute).\n• No beans\, corn\, or green bean–type vegetables are allowed in any chili entries.\n• Chili may be hot\, mild\, or extra mild for judging.\n• All chili entries must be fully prepared and placed on the judging table no later than 10:00 AM on Saturday\, January 17\, 2026.\n• Once chili is placed on the table for judging\, nothing may be added or altered. \nParticipants are asked to follow all rules closely to avoid disqualification. \nIf you have any questions regarding the MLK Chili Cook-Off rules or participation details\, please contact the BCCPB office at 432-332-5812.
