Este mariachi tuvo sus orígenes durante el año 1898 en Tepatitlán, Jalisco bajo la dirección del maestro Gaspar Vargas López. Su popularidad e influencia en el mundo musical han hecho que se autonombren como el Mejor Mariachi del Mundo y, tenemos que admitir que ese nombre se lo han ganado a pulso. Además de México, han tocado en diferentes partes del mundo como es en Estados Unidos, Europa, China. Japón, por mencionar algunos.
