You won’t want to miss:\n\n\n\nDan Fornero — celebrated lead trumpet player whose credits include Woody Herman\, Brian Setzer\, and film work on La La Land\, Coco\, Frozen\, and more\n\n\n\nJarrett Johnson — Grammy® nominated vocalist\, arranger\, and songwriter whose performances span from The Tonight Show to Carnegie Hall\, tours with Michael Bublé\, and Benson Boone\n\n\n\nDavid Zarlenga — touring drummer and music director who has worked with Tom Jones\, played on The Tonight Show\, etc.\n\n\n\nErnest Tibbs — bassist with a broad recording and touring career\, including work with Natalie Cole\, Gladys Knight\, and more\n\n\n\nWally Minko — Grammy-nominated composer/keyboardist whose credits include Barry Manilow\, Jean-Luc Ponty\, Arturo Sandoval\, and producing/arranging for top artists\n\n\n\nAndy Martin — world-class trombonist with deep ties to the L.A. jazz and big-band scene\, performed on Family Guy\, and Pixar’s Soul\n\n\n\nGary Meek — multi-instrumentalist (sax\, flute\, keyboards)\, producer\, and sideman on over 200 records\n\n\n\nAaron Janik — trumpet virtuoso who has performed with Earth\, Wind & Fire\, Lady Gaga\, gospel legends\, and others\n\n\n\nThis concert is not just about enjoying incredible music — it’s about community. The West Texas Jazz Society is a local nonprofit whose mission is to enrich the cultural life of the Permian Basin through jazz education\, events\, and outreach. On a global scale\, Roy is co-host in the full-blown Netflix cooking series THE CHEF SHOW with Jon Favreau. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
