Early 60’s…lead guitar in the Odessa band “Starfires”. Late 60’s…lead guitar and vocals in band “Shades”. Early 70’s…lead guitar in Houston band “Shades” followed with band “Storm” in Galveston. Mid 70’s…lead guitar and vocals Odessa group “Sweet Briar”. Late 70’s and early 80’s Odessa group “Jade” as lead guitar and vocals. 2000’s to now lead guitar and vocals for Midland group “CPR”. Currently not in a group. I play mostly classic rock with some country.

Eric is a dynamite trumpet player who can cover all genres. He specializes in classical and jazz styles and can add a great ambience to any occasion.

Dusty Goldston, the charismatic frontman and lead vocalist, leads The Bearded Strangers with his mesmerizing stage presence and powerful vocals. Hailing from Midland, TX, the band embodies the spirit of authentic Americana music with a modern twist. Their music intertwines elements of blues, rock, folk, and country, and their versatility and dynamic range captivate listeners from all walks of life.

Al Haney is a solo woodwind specialist, saxes, flute, and clarinet. I have done stints with rock, R&B, blues, and norteno bands, church choirs and other ensembles. Providing pleasure to my listeners, letting them pick out their favorite song, providing a musical backdrop to formal events, seeing the wide eyed kids at family friendly events makes my day. Music enhances life.

A West Texas native with more than 23 years of drumming in under his belt, Lilo is a self-taught drummer who dove head-first into the Texas Country scene in 2009.  After 7 years with the Chris Brazeal Band, he took a short break before re-ermerging with another act that also took time off: the Caleb Young Band. His style of playing draws inspiration from the multitude of genres he’s ventured into: hard rock, metalcore, jazz, and funk.

Unique, compared to similar orchestras throughout the United States, the West Texas Symphony includes a symphony orchestra, adult chorale, youth choir, and three resident instrumental ensembles. Under the baton of Music Director & Conductor Gary Lewis, the symphony orchestra currently has over 70 professional musicians and proudly holds the distinction of being one of the largest professional performing arts organizations in West Texas.
