Stars from the Odessa College Rodeo Team will also be taking on the Ariat Texas Rattlers in a thrilling team competition! For every qualified ride made by one of the team’s riders at the PBR Chevron Showdown and throughout their entire 2024 regular season, Chevron will donate $800 to nonprofits in the Permian Basin, supporting causes like the Midland Children’s Rehabilitation Center Hippotherapy Program, FFA programs in MISD and ECISD, and the Reeves County Junior Livestock Show.

Boasting seven studio albums, including the recent drop of Somewhere Down the Road in January 2024, Josh Abbott Band remains deeply rooted in West Texas. Originating in Lubbock at Texas Tech in 2008, the band has forged a lasting connection to the region.
