Odessa Arts invites the community to witness the lighting of the Ray King’s Odessa Spire on December 16, 2019! Entertainment begins at 6:45, and the lighting ceremony begins at 7:30. Maple avenue will be closed from 8th to 10th street and 10th will be closed from Dixie blvd. to Echo st. We hope to see you all out there!
