Ready to start your sourdough journey but not sure what to do with that jar of starter? Come hang out with Cactus Sourdough Co. at Tall City Brewing Co. for a relaxed, hands-on beginner workshop all about keeping a sourdough starter happy, healthy, and ready to bake!

We’ll cover what sourdough starter actually is, how and when to feed it, counter vs. refrigerator storage, how to tell when it’s ready to use, and how to troubleshoot common starter problems. There will also be plenty of time for questions, tips, and tricks so you leave feeling confident caring for your starter at home.

Your $40 ticket includes all supplies, your own established Cactus Sourdough starter to take home, and a starter care field guide.
