1st Annual BCCPB MLK Chili Cook Off

To ensure a fair and smooth competition, please review the official cook-off rules below:

• All chili entries must consist of meat or Impossible™ meat (vegetarian substitute).
• No beans, corn, or green bean–type vegetables are allowed in any chili entries.
• Chili may be hot, mild, or extra mild for judging.
• All chili entries must be fully prepared and placed on the judging table no later than 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 17, 2026.
• Once chili is placed on the table for judging, nothing may be added or altered.

Participants are asked to follow all rules closely to avoid disqualification.
