The Latin Queens and Comedy Kings Comedy Show is one of the most entertaining and hilarious shows around. Featuring a lineup of talented comedians who specialize in bringing a unique, Latin twist to their material, this show is sure to have you laughing from beginning to end. With quick-witted humor and a diverse range of comedic styles, the Latin Queens and Comedy Kings show truly has something for everyone. Food truck, El Taco N Madre, will be parked in the Wagner Noël PAC parking lot from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Please note food trucks are independently operated, Wagner Noël PAC is not responsible for their pricing or service.
Jackson Browne has written and performed some of the most literate and moving songs in popular music and has defined a genre of songwriting charged with honesty, emotion and personal politics. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004 and the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame in 2007. Except for a brief period in NYC in the late 1960s, Jackson has always lived in Southern California. His debut album came out on David Geffen’s Asylum Records in 1972. Since then, he has released fourteen studio albums, four collections of live performances, two “best of” compilations, two DVDs and several single recordings. Jackson’s newest studio album, “Downhill From Everywhere” was released in July 2021 and GRAMMY nominated for Best Americana Album. Browne is known for his advocacy on behalf of the environment, human rights, and arts education. He’s a co-founder of the groups Musicians United for Safe Energy (MUSE) and Nukefree.org and a member of the Ocean advocacy group, Ocean Elders. In 2002, he was the fourth recipient of the John Steinbeck Award, given to artists whose works exemplify the environmental and social values that were essential to the great California-born author. Art lovers, from the serious collector to the first-time buyer, will be sure to discover treasures to complement any lifestyle or budget at the Ruidoso Art Festival. First held as an outdoor tent show, the Ruidoso Art Festival has evolved into an annual event which attracts thousands of art enthusiasts. Now an indoor event held at the Ruidoso Convention Center, artists arrive from around the United States to display a dazzling array of fine art. The Ruidoso Art Festival also features a Silent Auction to benefit the Chamber's Special Project Fund which funds philanthropic endeavors in local communities. In addition to fine art, this year we have added wine tasting and craft beer to the festival. For an additional wine tasting fee, enjoy tastings at some of our New Mexico Wineries and craft breweries. Admission: $7 for adults $1 for children under 10 $4 for military $17 adults with wine tasting Wine Tasting: $10 per day (plus admission). Good for wine tasting at each winery. Day passes: $12 for two days and $15 for three days
