Starbright Village & Community Tree Lighting Ceremony

Join us at McKinney Park, 625 W Pool Rd (off of Interstate-20 and Highway 385), during the month of December as Devon Energy and the City of Odessa invite you to Starbright Village, the largest display of lights in the Permian Basin. Over 270,000 lights and Holiday themed displays bring the Holiday season to life. Whether you’re walking or driving through, this event will bring out your holiday spirit as the lights shine bright and the holiday music plays over the radio.

Community Tree Lighting Ceremony, presented by Devon Energy and the City of Odessa will be the kickoff to the Starbright Village season. Ceremony starts at 5:30pm on Thursday, December 3rd. We have tons of special guests, including our Odessa Mayor, Representatives from Devon Energy, Parks & Recreation Department, and the Odessa Parks Foundation. A very special appearance by Santa himself, will help make the evening a special one for all. Choir Carolers will sing and presentations will be made, but most of all, the Tree will be lit and the Holiday season will be in full swing. Come on down for this wonderful event!

Starbright Village is open nightly starting December 3rd – January 1 from 6:00pm – 11:00pm. Remember this drive-thru and walk-thru is completely FREE!! Donations are welcome, and money raised goes back into the lights for a new display next year. Can you spot the new one for 2015?

Don’t forget to visit with Santa in Santa Land every Friday and Saturday night (Dec 4 – Dec 19) from 7 pm – 9 pm before Christmas during the Holiday season. Santa Land brought to you by Lithia Motors All American. Visits with Santa are brought to you by Complex Community FCU and Medical Center Health System. More information can be found website.
