"Interweaving" A Solo Exhibition by Hamed Edalati Tabrizi, graphic design faculty member at UTPB. This exhibition examines the intricate interplay of identity, language, and cultural migration through the lens of graphic design. As a graphic designer, Hamed pushes the boundaries of the medium, transforming the foundational elements of design—line, shape and type—into a dynamic exploration of cultural exchange and adaptation. Drawing inspiration from ancient motifs of the Islamic era in Iran and the geometric patterns of the ancient West, the works interweave these historical designs with a modern, minimalistic approach. Mirrors play a central role in his exhibition, symbolizing self-reflection and the merging of multiple perspectives.
