The Old Lumberyard is formerly a lumberyard long ago abandoned, but since repurposed and revamped with a juke joint vibe to be one of Midland’s coolest, most eclectic outdoor venues, accented with gems of days gone past. Headlining this year's Fest is Chicago-based, Guy King along with five other performers that will be featured, including an encore performance by Eddie Austin & The Review. Gates will open at 4 PM and first performance starts at 5 PM. This year's Fest will also host a food truck court, a vendor marketplace and artist booths.
