West Texas Symphony presents Voices of the Permian Basin – Spring Concert

This performance will not occur at Wagner Noël PAC. Wagner Noël will sell tickets for the performance on behalf of the West Texas Symphony. 

The event will be held at the Mid-Cities Church located at 8700 TX-191, Midland, Texas.
