Land and Likeness Art Exhibit

Land and Likeness With Logos Now up in the gallery, Land and Likeness! Land and Likeness brings together four artists from the Permian Basin. UTPB Alum Catherine Allen, Odessa College Art instructor Daniel Sorensen, Midland College Art instructor Michael Hubbard, and rancher/painter Alice Leese. This exhibition examines each artist’s engagement with landscape and portraiture, addressing the physical geography of the region alongside the psychological dimensions of identity. It will be up until April 9th with a reception on March 5th from 5 - 7 PM. Visiting hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm Saturday 2 pm - 5 pm

March 17 @ 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm Bring the family to make your very own suncatcher to hang where the light can strike the pretty colors and add a rainbow of light to the room. The Artist Meet & Greet is a unique opportunity for the Midland community to connect with talented local artists. Hosted at Midland Shared Spaces, this event showcases the diverse talents of artists affiliated with the Midland Arts Association, Palette Club of Midland, and Sibley Camera Club. Attendees will have the chance to engage with artists, view their work, and learn about the creative processes behind their art.
