The 2025 Sewell Leadership Event

We have gathered to grow as leaders within the Permian Basin for nearly two decades. This year we’re bringing you back to the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center for incredible speakers! Join Team Sewell for an inspiring day of learning and leadership with fantastic speakers. The 2025 speakers are Dr. John C. Maxwell, Ryan Leak, Bailey Pickles, and Chaunté Lowe. Your SLE event ticket includes much more than just your admission—it covers books written by our incredible speakers, a delicious lunch, and an unforgettable experience. Join us for a day of inspiration, connection, and value-packed learning! As always, 100% of ticket revenue will be donated back to a local charity. Sixtiesmania is one of the leading 60s tribute band in the USA today.  Having performed all over the world the band is now based full time in Las Vegas Nevada, but still travels all over the country to perform their incredible salute to the greatest music of all time. Sixtiesmania, a sixties tribute band, covers everything from the Beatles British invasion to the music of Woodstock and everything in between, and after! Stones, CCR, Doors, Monkees, Beach Boys, Kinks, Free, Cream, the Vietnam anthem songs, Summer of love, etc. etc. If you want a band that covers all these great groups, and does them in the original spirit and energy, Sixtiesmania is the perfect choice for your event.

Broadway in the Basin Presents Annie

Adventures in Art: Painting

The Ellen Noël Art Museum is thrilled to announce a new session of Adventures in Art, designed for aspiring artists aged 6-12. This engaging program offers young creatives the opportunity to learn the art of portrait painting, focusing on capturing the likeness of family members. Classes are scheduled from 2:30-4:30 PM, making for an inspiring and educational afternoon activity. Participants will begin with a tour of the museum's current exhibitions, drawing inspiration from professional artworks before diving into their own studio projects. The hands-on experience allows students to explore various techniques and develop their unique artistic skills under the guidance of experienced instructors. The cost for each class is $20, with advance online registration required. Due to the limited class size, we encourage early registration to ensure your young artist secures a spot. This is a fantastic opportunity for children to immerse themselves in the world of portrait painting, gain new artistic insights, and enjoy a creative and supportive environment.
