Date / Time: December 7th through January 2, 2024 – 6 pm to 11 pm (open nightly) Location: McKinney Park, 625 W Pool Road Join us at McKinney Park (off of Interstate-20 and Highway 385), during the month of December as the City of Odessa invite you to Starbright Village (presented by First Basin Credit Union), the largest display of lights in the Permian Basin. Over 300,000 lights and holiday themed displays bring the holiday season to life. Whether you’re walking or driving through, this event will bring out your holiday spirit as the lights shine bright and the holiday music plays over the radio.
