Start off your Halloween weekend Out West! Out West presents T.I. and Waka Flocka Flame live at the Midland County Horseshoe on Friday, October 30. Grammy Award-winning artist T.I. is known for hits like “Whatever You Like,” “Live Your Life,” and “Bring Em Out.” Waka Flocka Flame brings the energy behind “No Hands,” “Hard in da Paint,” and “Grove St. Party.” Together, they’re bringing a night of hip-hop to Midland-Odessa. Come dressed to win the Halloween costume contest, with prizes of $1,000 for first place, $750 for second, and $500 for third.
