MFB’s Junior Intensive is a two-week immersive dance experience designed to strengthen technique and artistry. Perfect for dancers new to intensives, this program begins with daily ballet classes and expands into a variety of styles, conditioning and stretching sessions, variations, and “focus” classes dedicated to mastering pirouettes, jumps. With consistent training and expert guidance, dancers will build strength, improve flexibility, and develop injury-prevention habits—all while discovering new possibilities in dance. Along the way, they’ll enjoy a supportive environment that encourages confidence and friendships, making the experience both fun and rewarding. This intensive not only accelerates growth but also lays the foundation for future intensives and performance opportunities, opening doors to exciting possibilities in their dance journey.
