    Join Odessa Arts & Downtown Odessa, Inc for our monthly First Friday ODTX! Stroll through Downtown Odessa from 6-9 PM and take in special events and offerings from merchants and retailers. Participating stops include:  Copper Rose Building:  1st Floor Ballroom: West Texas Symphony Presents – Permian Basin String Quartet “Da Capa” in the ballroom  1st Floor – Baked goods for sell by Dough by Brother Rabbit  Basement: Retro Game Hall will be open for extended hours and hosting a Halloween costume contest!  Downtown Odessa, INC  Ector Co.
