    From the moment the lights fade to darkness, you are transported into another world…another dimension, where the music moves you and the visuals are unlike anything you’ve ever seen. Welcome to the world of iLuminate, named “Best New Act in America” by America’s Got Talent in 2011. A fantastic fusion of cutting edge technology and dance that has been wowing the world ever since appearing on AGT over a decade ago…to performing one of Las Vegas’ top shows to this day. iLuminate features a brilliant cast of the country’s top dancers performing to energetic music – including top Pop and Rock hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, a little jazz, a little Latin, a little hip hop and more. The dancers are outfitted with customized LED suits synced to iLuminate’s proprietary software to create extraordinary lighting effects with each of the phenomenally choreographed dance moves. This mind-blowing, multi-sensory experience is completely unique and incomparable to any other stage spectacular as the dancers perform dynamic routines and illusions on a darkened stage.     Join us at the Ellen Noël Art Museum for a delightful event tailored for art-loving preschoolers aged 3-5 and their grown-ups. At 1:00 PM, we invite you to immerse yourselves in a beautifully illustrated story and a fun art activity. This free event offers an engaging children's story followed by a hands-on art project related to the tale. Our featured book for this session is Seeds by Carme Lemniscates. Young attendees will be entertained by a whimsical and imaginative book about all the possibilities seeds have while on their journey. After the story, children will participate in an art activity inspired by the adventures. It’s a wonderful opportunity to foster a love of reading and creativity in young children while spending quality time together. We look forward to welcoming you and your little artists to the museum for this fun and inspiring event!

  • Film Friendly Workshop

    The agenda will include: An overview of current film incentives in Texas Guidance on how to become “Film Friendly” A session with a Texas film producer about what he looks for when choosing a community for filming Attendees will be city representatives from our region who either want to become Film Friendly or need continuing education hours to maintain their certification. Discover Odessa already holds the Film Friendly Certification, but we are eager to build on it. Film tourism is an area we have only just begun to explore. With Odessa being the home of Friday Night Lights and Taylor Sheridan’s Landman generating so much attention, this is a timely opportunity we cannot afford to miss. This event does not require your presence, but we wanted you to be aware and to know that you are very welcome to attend if it sparks your interest. This policy includes diaper bags.  "Oh look, another glorious" Cinema Under the Stars! Join us INSIDE the Wagner Noël PAC theater for Cinema Under the Stars Halloween Edition; staring Hocus Pocus! At 6:45 PM anyone interested can participate in the costume parade across the stage before the movie starts! Enjoy free popcorn from Complex Community Federal Credit Union and we will be hosting a costume parade at 6:45 PM on the stage of Wagner Noël PAC! Food trucks will be parked in the east parking lot from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM. Please note food trucks are independently operated, Wagner Noël PAC is not responsible for their pricing or service.     Join us for our annual Día de los Muertos celebration at the Ellen Noël Art Museum! This free, family-friendly event is a vibrant way to honor and learn about the customs and traditions of this meaningful holiday. From 1:00–3:00 PM, enjoy hands-on art activities inspired by Día de los Muertos. Then, from 3:00–4:30 PM, experience live music and dance performances that bring the celebration to life. We’re excited to welcome our community partners: – ECISD Early Childhood Department – Literacy Coalition of the Permian Basin – Spanish students from Compass Academy, who will present a special pop-up ofrenda exhibition And more!
