Women Artists: Four Centuries of Creativity

Art works on loan from The Reading Public Museum Collection March 18 Exhibition opens on March 18 during normal Museum hours (12pm – 5pm). This exhibition represents four centuries of art created by remarkable women who struggled against gender bias to take their places in history. Until the twentieth century, women were often had difficulty showing and selling their work. This exhibition will be on view until May 30

Description: One Page Salon (called “the best literary evening in town” by the Austin American-Statesman) is the brainchild of novelist, screenwriter, and comedian Owen Egerton. Adventures in Art

April 11 • Sculpture • 2:30 - 4:30pm • $20 This Adventures in Art class will be focused Sculpture. Students will get to take inspiration from nature and from artists such as Richard Long and Andy Goldsworthy and design a group-led onsite installation along with a small design you can re-create at home.
