Women Artists: Four Centuries of Creativity

Art works on loan from The Reading Public Museum Collection March 18 Exhibition opens on March 18 during normal Museum hours (12pm – 5pm). This exhibition represents four centuries of art created by remarkable women who struggled against gender bias to take their places in history. Until the twentieth century, women were often had difficulty showing and selling their work. This exhibition will be on view until May 30

Movie in the Park – Aladdin

Movies in the Park is one of the main annual attractions that has become a tradition with most families in Odessa. The movies are hosted throughout the summer months and attract hundreds of families to the parks each year to watch some of the best movies available. Each drawing tells the story of people that she captures; this can be seen in each wrinkle, each line and shadow. Diane K. Browne won Best in Show in last years exhibition and as part of her award the Museum is honored in working with her in curating a solo show.
