Black Tulip – Community Mural Day

Join Odessa Arts & Black Tulip Floral Design at our first (of many) Community Mural Day! Mural artist Jhonattan Arango needs your help on the new mural outside Black Tulip. Community members will get instruction on how to help paint in special spots on the mural, or you can watch Arango as he works. This is the first mural created under the Mural Assistance Program from Odessa Arts. Food trucks will be on premises as well! This event is FREE and open to the public.
