Help Odessa Arts and ECISD kick off the newest mural painted in Odessa by artist Koda Witsken. Koda has asked for Odessa community members to come out and give her mural a soul by signing the mural! April 23 | 11AM-1PM | ECISD Development Building located on the corner of 10th and Golder.
