In Christian art, Mary has long been depicted as the devoted mother of the infant Jesus. However, in today's context, she represents far more-embodying maternal compassion, motherhood, and the strength of femininity.

Each event will be held in the Allison Fine Arts Building, on Thursday, May 1st! The times for each are as follows: 5:30 P.M. - Hilda Simmons Levitt Poetry Contest 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. - Student Art Show Reception 7:00 P.M. - Student Music Performance
