    Halloween in the Park is back! Come to the Noel Heritage Park Plaza to get some Halloween goodies. We will be giving out candy, books, toys, and more!     The library is having a party for those between the ages of 12 and 18! Come and join us for a Stranger Things themed event! Cosplay is encouraged but not required. This will be held in the basement activity room between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM.

    Create new toys by tearing apart old ones and putting them back together in whole new ways. Combine 2 or more toys to make something totally different. This is a family activity.
