Midland Community Theatre announces its production of “Girls in the Boat” by Alice Austen March 21- April 5. Directed by Emma Evenson, this show was inspired by the first US women’s rowing team and its determination to compete in the 1976 Olympics. Tickets are available now at mctmidland.org.

One of Shakespeare's final works, Cymbeline presents a bold, spirited take on his familiar themes of forbidden romance, betrayal, and the mayhem of war, blending tragedy, combat, fantasy, and broad comedy into a plot filled with twists and turns - all centering on the courageous princess Imogen. The Globe's production will include expressive choreography, riveting music, explosive battle scenes, and a narrator to guide audiences through an exciting, vibrant tale filled with elements of fairy tale romance and epic adventure.
