The Monkees Farewell Tour with Michael Nesmith & Micky Dolenz

Michael Nesmith and Micky Dolenz of The Monkees will embark on their farewell tour in September 2021, stopping by the Wagner Noël on September 27. Commemorating 55-years of Monkeemania, the tour will embrace major markets in North America through the fall. Their critically acclaimed concerts feature the voice of Micky Dolenz (who sang The Monkees’ biggest hits: “I’m A Believer,” “Last Train To Clarksville,” “Pleasant Valley Sunday” and “(I’m Not Your) Steppin’ Stone”) and the group’s primary songwriter, Michael Nesmith (who wrote such classics as “Mary, Mary,” “Papa Gene’s Blues,” “You Just May Be The One” and “Listen To The Band” to name but a few).This evening with The Monkees will feature songs that span the band’s entire career – from their 1966 self-titled debut album to 2016’s Good Times. Their most recent release – THE MONKEES –THE MIKE & MICKY SHOW LIVE – was issued in April 2020 and became their 17th Billboardcharting album release. This event is a fundraiser put on by the Ellen Noël Art Museum to help us raise the funds need to continue our mission is providing quality art exhibitions, educational programs/workshops for all ages, free community art days, and much more for the Permian Basin!  West Texas Fest is a Texas Beer, Wine & Sprits Tastings, tied along with local food trucks, good music, and everyone’s favorite, a corn hole tournament! Taylor Red

Identical triplet sisters Nika, Natalie, and Nicole showcase sibling harmony in the new girl band, Taylor Red. The sisters are singers, songwriters, composers and multi-instrumentalists performing on guitar, banjo, fiddle, and mandolin. Their program is influenced by country artists such as Dolly Parton and Johnny Cash as well as pop music artists like The Eagles and Tom Petty. Young, Fun and Country. Art Tales

Wait Until Dark​

Frederick Knott’s thriller play first opened on Broadway in 1966 and was shortly followed by its movie adaptation starring Audrey Hepburn in 1967. Suzy Hendrix, a blind Greenwich Village housewife unwittingly possesses a doll filled with illicit drugs.  Three con men attempt to blackmail Suzy into handing over the doll.  A battle of wits ensues as Suzy and the young girl upstairs hash a plot against the thieves using her new-found blindness to her advantage.
